WYSC has been established in 1995 in Balkh province and has done several projects with Kabul and Tajikistan immigrants.

This Center did not have any formal activities during Taliban government but made some courses for those girls whom were not allowed to go to school in that time.

In 2003 restarted the activities and in 2006 had been registered in ministry of economy in 871 numbers.

This office started its activities due to decrease the violence and to inform society about their rights.

·         Women right information in 9 northern provinces

·         Development of female government workers in 9 northern provinces.

·         Poultry project in Mazar-e-sharif.

·         Jam making for needy women in 7^th district of Mazar-e-sharif

·         Research on the life of carpet weavers.

·         Treatment addicted carpet weaver

·         Embroidery project food for work for 3000 poor women around Mazar city.

·         Women rights information for 3000 women who are enrolled in embroidery project.

·         Women Right information for 600 literate persons of Dehdady, Balkh, Khulm, Nahreshai, Hairatan and some regions of Mazar-e-sharif. This project has been started on 22 November 2008 up to jully 2009

·         (Rehabilitation of women in the  risk ) started in 4^th February 2009 and finished on 29 of January 2010. The donor Was UNIFEM (EVAW Special Fund)

·         Treatment of addicted women is the begging of this project which started on February First and end of project is June 2009 that the donor of the project is GTZ Role of law.

·         Quilt swing project funded by Federal republic of Germany from January 2010 up to 29 February 2010

·         Treatment of addicted Carpet weaver women funded by ASDHA a Spanish organization.

·         Awareness about Islamic right of women. Funded by Right and Democracy.

·         Awareness about Islamic rights of Women which is started on 2^nd January 2011 and will be finish on 30 April 2011 and the donor is AWE grand fund from US embassy

·         Computer & English training Center in Ali Abad District of Naher-e-Shahi begin in May 2011 up to first November 2011, funded by ASGP

·         WFP (Food for work project) Started from March 2011 and ends on 1^st September 2011

WYSC is direct un governmental on politic organization.

 This organization has experienced employers of male and female that can achieve their responsibilities in the best way.

WYSC promises to make changes in a positive way about human right especially women right in the following ways:

·        Decreasing of illiteracy level in society

·        Decreasing of moral corruption in society

·        Decrease in addiction inside the carpet weavers women

·        Capacity building of women who are working in governmental offices

With the cooperation of people who relates to afore mentioned cases such as responsible of governmental offices, teachers of universities and schools, heads of counsels, Mullahs and leaders in society who are hopes to create a society that is out of discrimination and lack of information about democracy and law.

مرکز حمایت زنان و جوانان در سال 1995 در ولایت بلخ تاسیس شد. و در همان سال پروژه های را با مهاجرین ولایت کابل و مهاجرین تاجکستان تطبیق نمود.

این اداره در زمان سلطۀ طالبان فعالیت رسمی نداشته و کورس های آموزش را برای دختران بازمانده از مکتب ایجاد نمود .

در سال 2003 دو باره به فعالیت آغاز نموده و در سال 2006 به راجستر وزارت اقتصاد گردید. این اداره نظر به نیاز مبرم جامعه به آگاهی حقوقی به خاطر کاهش هر نوع خشونت و بی عدالتی و نجات افراد جامعه دست به فعالیت های ذیل زد.

·        آگاهی از حقوق اسلامی زن در 9 ولایت شمال

·        ارتقاء ظرفیت اداری زنان کارمند دولت در 9 ولایت شمال

·        پروژه مرغداری برای عودت کننده گان در شهر مزار شریف

·        پروژه تولید مربا برای زنان بی بضاعت ناحیه هفتم شهر مزارشریف

·        تحقیق در باره زنده گی زنان قالین باف

·        تداوی زنان قالین باف معتاد به تریاک و دیگر مواد مخدر

·        پروژه سوزن دوزی کار در مقابل غذا برای 3000 زن بی بضاعت در اطراف شهر مزارشریف

• ·        آگاهی حقوقی برای 3000 زن تحت پوشش پروژه سوزن دوزی

WYSC به خاطر عرض اندام نمود تا خدمات کیفی را برای تمام مردم افغانستان مخصوصاً زنان آسیب پذیر و مواجه به خطر انجام دهد.

·        آگاهی از حقوق زن برای  600 نفر از اهالی باسواد ولسوالی های دهدادی، بلخ، خلم، نهرشاهی، حیرتان و نواحی شهر مزارشریف  این پروژه از 22 نوامبر 2008 اغاز و الی 22 می 2009 ادامه خواهد داشت. تمویل کننده آن اداره محترم حقوق و دیموکراسی است.

تداوی  و توانمند سازی اقتصادی زنان قالین باف معتاد آغاز پروژه 1 فبروری 2009 و ختم آن 30 جون 2009

·        می باشد. که تمویل کننده آن پروژه حاکمیت قانون GTZاست.

·        احیای مجدد زنان مواجه به خطر آغاز پروژه 4 فبروری 2009 بوده و پروژه برای مدت یکسال است. تمویل کننده آن صندوق وجهی محو خشونت علیه زنان UNIFEMاست.

WYSC یک سازمان مستقل ، غیر دولتی ، غیر سیاسی و غیر انتفاعی بوده . این سازمان با داشتن پرسونل متجرب ، مسلکی، شامل زنان و مردان قادر است که تمام فعالیت ها را با احساس مسئولیت و جدیت تمام اجرا نماید. WYSC متعهد است تا تغییرات جدی و مثبت را در راستای احقاق حقوق مردم به خصوص زنان افغانستان در عرصه های ذیل به وجود آورد.

با جلب همکاری اشخاص صاحب نفوذ و موثر ، مسئولین ارگان های دولتی همان ساحه ، استادان پوهنتون ها و مکاتب، روسای شورا ، علما ، ملا امامان و رهبران جامعه برای ایجاد یک جامعه مرفع و عاری از هر نوع تبعیض و نابرابری به استقرار دیموکراسی و حاکمیت قانون سعی و تلاش مینماید.
